Pre-Sales Engineering Support

Before We Recommend Anything, We Evaluate Your Actual Needs,

Before recommending any robot system, we assess:

Many customers when consulting us are unsure whether robotic automation is suitable for their production needs. This makes perfect sense. Our engineering team does not blindly promote standardized products, but first conducts a technical assessment based on your actual situation.

Before recommending any robot system, we assess:

  • Your workpiece type, size, weight and material
  • Your welding seam type or palletizing pattern
  • Your required production capacity and cycle time
  • Your existing manual process and current bottlenecks
  • Your factory layout, floor space and power conditions
  • Your existing machines, conveyors or tooling that can be integrated

What Information Do We Need from You?

To prepare an accurate technical evaluation, please share as much of the following as possible:

InformationDetails
Product photos or drawings2D drawings, 3D files or clear photos are all acceptable
Workpiece size and weightLength, width, height and weight per unit
Material typeSteel, aluminum, stainless steel or other
Welding seam typeFillet weld, butt weld, groove weld, circular weld, etc.
Palletizing patternBox size, pallet dimensions, number of layers
Required outputUnits per hour or per shift
Current processManual or semi-automatic, number of workers
Factory layoutAvailable floor area, ceiling height, power supply
Existing equipmentConveyors, presses, CNC machines, inspection stations

You do not need to have everything ready. Send us what you have and our engineers will guide you through the rest.

Operator Training

We provide practical operator training to help your team use the robot system safely, correctly, and independently in daily production. The training focuses on real workshop operation, not only software instructions.

General Training

General Training

Your operators will learn basic robot operation, safety rules, HMI operation, program selection, daily startup and shutdown, workpiece changeover, common alarm reset, basic troubleshooting, and daily maintenance checks.

Application-specific Training

For welding systems, we train your operators on welding parameter adjustment, welding gun inspection, welding nozzle replacement, wire feeder inspection and shielding gas inspection. For the palletizing system, the training content covers product and pallet switching, fixture inspection, pneumatic system inspection, conveyor status confirmation and sensor verification.

Support Process

 How Our Technical Support Works

You only need to submit drawings, photos, videos or project details, and our engineers will evaluate the process flow, technical requirements and project feasibility, and develop customized technical solutions.

After the plan is confirmed, we will provide installation and debugging support until the system reaches the specified technical indicators; then we will conduct operator training, deliver relevant technical materials, and complete the final project handover.
